The four-part story architecture, audience release order and individual synopses for all four films are now complete. Producer-facing project documentation has also been created. Production may occur in a different order, but the confirmed audience release sequence remains: Trailer → Personal Reflection → 5–7-Minute Film → Feature Documentary.
Status: Advanced Development
The governing narration, trailer synopsis, emotional arc and nine-beat dramatic structure are substantially developed. A detailed development brief and preliminary archival asset map have been completed. The scene-by-scene beat sheet, final visual mapping and digital-recreation list are now under development.
Status: Preproduction Development
The synopsis, full creative treatment, narration, emotional arc and dream/reunion closing sequence have been substantially developed. Performance direction for Jill, Paris and Ciara and production guidance for the AI team are complete. Final timing, one unresolved date line and production execution remain open for producer collaboration.

The synopsis, narrative purpose and disclosure boundaries are established. The film will move from Jill’s purpose into selected medical questions and the beginning of her investigation. The precise opening, evidence selection, treatment, beat sheet and ending that leads into the documentary remain under development.
Status: Foundational Development
The synopsis, central purpose and high-level documentary arc are established. The feature will present the full chronology, records, research, accountability questions and reform mission. The complete treatment, documentary structure, interview strategy and legal and medical review plan remain to be developed.
These shorter character films are being developed separately from the four-part film journey.

A treatment, beat sheet, narration, production script and filmmaker packet have been created. Real show-training and dog-show photographs have been identified. Additional record verification and final asset selection remain underway.

The heart-warming true story and emotional arc have been identified. The treatment, beat sheet, script and complete AI-recreation plan are the next development steps.
